1. Cointreau Stars

Ingredients: 50ml Cointreau, 30ml Cranberry Juice, 20ml Lemon Juice, A pinch of gold glitter.

Method: Shake it well. Serve in a cocktail glass, and add a sprinkle of glitter as a finishing touch.

2. Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients: 60ml white rum, 10ml lime juice, 5gm sugar, 2 fresh strawberry, 15ml strawberry syrup.

Method: Puree 1 strawberry, mix rum, lime juice, powdered sugar, strawberry syrup. Now shake all these ingredients well in a blender. After this, take a margarita glass, and serve it over crushed ice. You can use the second strawberry to garnish it well.

3. Fire me up

Ingredients:  45ml Absolute Pepper, 40ml pineapple juice, 2 dashes Tabasco sauce garnished with chilly flakes.

Method: Mix the ingredients, shake and serve in a martini glass. But, if you are thinking of some fun, do make sure not to add too much chilli and black pepper.
