Plums is one of my favorite fruits that also offers various health benefits too. Plums contain various vitamins, minerals and potassium – that are beneficial for your health, especially in summers.

There are various ways that you can use Plums to beat summer blues and heat, a few of them are shared as follows:

Plum juice is a great source of all the necessary nutrients. Plum juice contains all the goodness of the fruit and can be regarded as a healthy cocktail (of vitamins and minerals). Plus, it also contains necessary amount of antioxidants that knock out all the free radicals in your body.

Plums are tastier than the isolated nutrients found in vitamin pills, providing you with the rich and heavenly taste of fruit.

Instead of drinking unhygienic glass of juice (sugarcane, orange or mango) from roadside juice vendors, go for a carton of plum juice for healthy addition to your diet. Always go for juices in carton as they are not just hygienic, but also prevents direct sun rays to harm or soak the goodness of juice. Plus, it also ensure the freshness of the juice.
